This mix will make TWO (thicker) 6” round cakes, or two (thinner) 8“ round cakes, or one large tray bake. We recommend using two cake mixes for a taller cake.


Our raspberry and white chocolate cake mix makes the fluffiest and most delicious vegan cake! A subtle vanilla base, with freeze-dried raspberry pieces and vegan white chocolate mixed throughout. We recommend layering with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, for the perfect afternoon treat!


-Simply preheat your oven to 160” and line your baking pans

-Add your cake mix to a mixing bowl, and add: 360ml plant milk, 120ml vegetable or sunflower oil, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp vanilla (optional, but recommended).

-Mix until the mixture is a smooth consistency

-Add your mix to your pans and pop them in the oven for 17-23 minutes

-Test your cakes with a knife, if the knife is clean, your cakes are ready!

-Leave to cool and decorate as you wish!

Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Sugar, Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Rice Flour, Rice starch, Cornflour, Pink Himalayan salt, Vanilla powder, Cocoa Butter, Rice Flour, Coconut Oil, Flavouring (vanilla), Emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), Freeze Dried Raspberry pieces, natural flavouring.


Contains Gluten. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soya, milk, celery, sesame, lupin, sulphites.
