Q; Which cakes are vegan?

A: All of our cakes are vegan, we don't use any animal derived ingredients in our kitchen whatsoever. However, some of our ingredients are manufactured in the same facilities as milk and eggs, so there could be a chance of cross contamination. These ingredients are still vegan.

Q: Do you deliver, if so, when?

A: Yes, we use DHL next day delivery which is nationwide. We send out orders with DHL on wednesdays so you will recieve your delicious cakes the very next day!

Q: When is the delivery cut off?

A: All orders placed before midnght on Mondays are sent out on wednesday. Anything ordered after this time will be sent out the following week.

Q: Which cakes can be posted?

A: Currenty we are only able to post the bakes in our store. We cannot ship cupcakes and celebration cakes due to their fragile nature, but we do deliver these cakes locally in the West Midlands area. Collection is an option too.

Q: Can I ammend or cancel my order?

A: Of course! If you'd like to ammend or cancel your order, please let us know before midnight on the Monday before your order is due to be shipped otherwise we cannot ammend the order.

Q: Can I customise my cake?

A: Yes, you can. When ordering a customised cake, please follow the instructions on our contact us page and we'll do our best to help.

Q: Can I order a novelty cake?

A: Whilst we offer customisable cakes, we do not make novelty cakes at this time. Our customisable cakes include: buttercream cakes, floral buttercream cakes and cupcakes. Novelty cakes we do not currently make include: fondant covered cakes, figures, scultped cakes i.e cars/numbers.
