When life gives you lemons, make VEGAN LEMON CAKE!
-Simply preheat your oven to 160’ and line your baking pans
-Add your cake mix to a mixing bowl, and add: 360ml plant milk, 120ml vegetable or sunflower oil, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
-Mix until the mixture is a smooth consistency
-Add your mix to your pans and pop them in the oven for 17-23 minutes
-Test your cakes with a knife, if the knife is clean, your cakes are ready!
-Leave to cool and decorate as you wish!
-Heat all drizzle ingredients in a pan until sugar has dissolved and it becomes a syrupy texture.
-Poke holes in your cake, and drizzle over whilst the cake is still warm, leave to cool.
