CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE MIX

We recommend layering it with chocolate ganache, salted caramel sauce, and vanilla buttercream!

This mix will make TWO (thicker) 6” round cakes, or two (thinner) 8“ round cakes, or one large tray bake. We recommend using two cake mixes for a taller cake.

-Simply preheat your oven to 150’ and line your baking pans

-Add your cake mix to a mixing bowl, and add: 270ml hot water, 60ml vegetable or sunflower oil, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.

-Mix until the mixture is a smooth consistency

-Add your mix to your pans and pop them in the oven for 17-24 minutes

-Test your cakes with a knife, if the knife is clean, your cakes are ready!

-Leave to cool and decorate as you wish!
